All you is two ingredients to make these healthy pancakes 🙂

2 medium ripe banana⠀
2 medium eggs⠀

1. In a bowl, using a fork gently mash the bananas into smaller chunks.⠀

2. Add the eggs to the mashed bananas and stir with the fork until you have a custard like consistency. The batter will be runny and should have a few clumps of bananas.⠀

3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour batter, about 3-4 tablespoons onto the hot pan.⠀

4. Cook for 1 minutes or until the bottoms look browned and golden when you lift a corner.⠀Gently flip the pancakes and cook for another minute on the other side.

5. Remove cooked pancakes and repeat using the rest of the batter. ⠀

6. Serve warm.⠀
